• ALL result sheets are to be sent by e-mail to the relevant secretaries – see the ‘virtual handbook’! within 3 days of the match taking place, as before. So phew! no need to photocopy all those forms and print envelopes etc. In the subject line of your e-mail please use the following format; AGE GROUP-DIVISION-RESULTS SHEETS (i.e U11-RED DIVISION-RESULT SHEETS)

• REFEREES SIGNATURE is not required on the referee’s form but please provide the refs phone number in case the league need to contact him/her.

• U11-U13: please e-mail results to; midwiltsroger@hotmail.co.uk

• U7-U8: Please e-mail your results to; ayhankerry@yahoo.co.uk

• U9-U10 and U14-U18: The e-mail info in the booklet for your age groups is correct.

• Postponements – to be e-mailed to Al Mundy by 7pm on the Sunday evening of the weekend in which the match was due to be played – forms received after this time will incur a fine!
